In realization of the difficulties which students often face due to the non-availability of proper guidance and suggestions, resulting in direction-less-ness, failure and unemployment, the college has established this cell which is taking true parental care and providing expert career guidance to the students. The cell also organises group and individual counseling sessions for students to help them get rid of stresses and anxieties.

• Psychological Testing Program with the collaboration of Department of Psychology Karim City College, Jamshedpur.
• Bell Adjustment Inventory was administered to measure the level of adjustment among male and female students of B.A Part 1 in 2006.
• Emotional intelligence (EQ) test by Goleman standardized by Mangal and Mangal was administered among students to know the level of emotional intelligence who were preparing for CDS examination 2007.
• Raven Progressive Matrix (non verbal intelligence test developed by Raven) was administered to measure the intelligence level of students who were preparing for CDS examination 2007.
• Maudsley Personality Inventory was administered among students to find their personality type who were found to be maladjusted 2007.
• Student stress scale was administered to asses the level of stress among students in 2008.
• Role Play Technique was organized to enhance the interpersonal relationship among indiscipline students who were involved in creating various disturbances in 2009.
• Sinha Anxiety Scale was administered to know the level of anxiety among the students 2010.
