Rotaract – Karim City College was founded in order to give our students international exposure and to inculcate in them the sense of being ‘citizens of the world’. In the short span since its inception, the club has done commendable activities both inside and outside the campus. The club, with Dr. Uddham Singh as Moderator, evinces a keen enthusiasm toward self-growth and a powerful social commitment. Apart from regular social activities and personality development programmes, the Rotaract club of our college has introduced a unique drive named Shiksha Daan through which funds will be raised to sponsor the educational needs of school-going children belonging to underprivileged classes.

 

Club bagged awards such as Presidential Citation Award from Rotary International and Certificate of Recognition for Celebrating World Rotaract Week. Rtr. Roshan Agarwal who is the president for the session 2013-2014 is elected as ZRR (Zonal Rotaract Representative) of Zone IV which consists of 5 Rotaract clubs of Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Gumla and Chaibasa.
