To ensure smooth and peaceful academic environment the college has established a Discipline Committee which keeps strict vigil in the campus. Under its Convener, Dr. Aaley Ali, Head, Dept. of Geography, the committee checks indiscipline and unruly activities in the campus, motivates the students to pursue their studies in good faith and harmony and ensures that they do not engage in any kind of passionate, frenzied and lawless behaviour.

Anti-Ragging Committee

In compliance with the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the college has implemented the recommendation of the Raghavan Committee. Hence, overseeing the implementation of the recommendations of Anti-Ragging verdict, an Anti-Ragging Committee has been constituted with the following members to look after the report and recommendations of Anti Ragging Squad if any. The committee will also envisage ways and means to curb the menace of ragging inside and outside the campus to ensure a respectful and peaceful academic environment.

Anti-Ragging Squad

Complying with the directives of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India an Anti-Ragging Squad has been formed for overseeing the implementation of the recommendations of the Anti-ragging Verdict.

This squad will have vigil, oversight and patrolling functions. It will be mobile, alert and active at all times and is empowered to periodically inspect places of potential ragging. The squad shall investigate incidents of ragging, make recommendations to the College Anti-Ragging Committee and shall work under the overall guidance of the said committee.
