Faculty of Education Karim City College was founded in 2005 under the headship of Dr. M.A. Makki, and it was transferred to a well furnished and beautiful new campus under the headship of Dr. Sandhya Sinha, currently department is working under the headship of Dr. Sucheta Bhuyan.

The infrastructure itself is expressive of the excellence that we provide to the future teachers. With fully equipped library, world class laboratory for all method paper, fully air conditioned auditorium, separate common room for girls and boys, disable friendly environment, language lab which is of only kind in itself in any B.Ed college in whole Jharkhand, and many more facilities which make the whole ambience of teaching learning experience a joyful ride.

When it comes to teaching, the college has stretched its arms across the nation to appoint best teachers who can provide, best learning experience, because our job? is not to? work through the syllabus but to produce those teacher who can? handle innocent prospect of our nation in the most? possible skilled way.

The foremost rung in the ladder of the sixteen intellectually affluent? faculty members ,teaching strategies are to establish a positive relationship with their class by making expression easier by way of allowing a free and fluent exchange of thoughts, ideas and principles ensuring that this exchange makes us interested in each other culture, festivals, tradition and language. The main approach of our teacher is to impart multifaceted learning that activates all the senses of the learners by giving them first hand learning experience. Our teachers always strive?? to combine the available teaching resources and the best suited methods through careful planning. Effective lesson preparation to ensure student learning is a part of a cyclical process of planning. The quality of our teacher lies in the fact that they frequently try to be a reflective teacher and always give due consideration to the idea that where the students have ?come from? in terms of their learning and where they should be ?going to?. Aspects of continuity and progression is having a profound place in all there planning?s. Our teachers regularly put to use a multitude of aids external to classroom like putting up literary and cultural exhibitions, going for excursions, etc. teachers aim is not to teach but to make the student enjoy, as we as a college? believe? that every form of art has its objective to make its spectacle to understand and then to enjoy.
