The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) Govt. of India, UGC, NAAC and other policy making agencies have always emphasised to work in the direction of making the curriculum career oriented and to enhance the employability of students. Experts in the field of education are of the opinion that employability rather than employment is a major issue of our students. The college plans to take initiative in this regard by the creation of Employability Enhancement Unit which will work as an umbrella organisation and will ensure a proper functioning of the Career Planning & Guidance Cell and Placement Cell.
