GUIDELINE FOR ONLINE ADMISSION
ONLY FOR CANDIDATES SELECTED IN THE FIRST LIST OF CHANCELLOR’S PORTAL
- Candidates selected in the first list are required to download the undertaking proforma attached with this notice.
- Fill up the Undertaking Proforma. Write neatly. Get the proforma signed by your Parent/Guardian.
- Write your Chancellor’s Portal Application Number and Mobile No. (Same mobile number that you have given at the time of applying). Don’t give any false information in the Undertaking.
- The completely filled in Undertaking Proforma should be scanned in PDF format and should be e-mailed to : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- Your admission will be approved by the College for payment after receiving the UNDERTAKING.
- After approval the candidate should check their status in the Chancellor’s Portal through their Login ID and Password.
If it appears APPROVED/OK, then candidates have to pay University Registration Fee through the Chancellor’s Portal.
- The Registration Fee is Rs.250/- for JAC Board and Rs.450/- for Other Board candidates.
- After paying the Registration fee at Chancellor’s Portal, candidates will now log on to the college website (www.karimcitycollege.ac.in) for payment of Admission Fee. The online payment receipt should be kept safely and will be submitted at College Office with the following documents when they will be informed :
- Copy of Online Payment Receipt of K.U.Registration Fee & College Admission Fee
- Print copy of Online Application Form and signed Undertaking of Kolhan University.
- College Prospectus and Admission Form (to be issued from College Fee Counter on payment of Rs.500/-
- One Passport Size Photograph to be pasted in the Admission Form
- Original College/School Leaving Certificate
- Copy of Marksheet of +2 examination
- Copy of Admit Card/Hall Ticket +2 exam
- Original Migration Certificate of +2 Board
The filled in Admission Form will be verified alongwith enclosed documents in the College Office and will be submitted in Fee Counter after verification.
